Learn typing from scratch
Use your first attempt to understand the controls and find a starting point. Begin with familiar text, then work on one mistake pattern before increasing the duration.
Choose a simple starting point
Choose Beginner and one minute. Read the first sentence, enable your input method, then type into the input below the passage. Start typing focuses the box; your first committed character starts the timer.
Match the script, spaces and punctuation
Copy the source exactly. Check the first mismatch before continuing, and use Backspace to correct it. Do not judge an unfinished input-method composition as the final character.
Every small step brings you closer.
Review the result
Read accuracy alongside net WPM. Look at corrected and uncorrected errors and choose one combination to practise next. Pausing is available only in Practice.
Return with one small aim
Repeat with the same language, duration and difficulty so the comparison is useful. Enable Save my results locally before testing to keep summaries in this browser, or download the complete result as a PDF.
Your next step
Choose one action from this guide for your next practice. Keep the settings comparable and review what actually changed.
